Sebastian Gibrand is a Swedish chef who is one of the big rising stars, not just in Sweden but also internationally. He is a friend of Sigurdur Laufdal, and he did a pop-up visit at his Oto restaurant last year and I was lucky enough to hang out for some time and shoot a few images of them and some of the food they prepared for the guests.
